Vignette Czech Republic - where to buy?
Until 2021, every driver entering a toll road in the Czech Republic had to have a vignette stuck on their windscreen to prove that they had paid the required toll. For the past two years, the situation has been different and similar to other European countries, in the Czech Republic the following apply electronic vignetteswhich can be purchased online in just a few minutes.
Once the vignette has been paid for, the driver will receive a PDF of the e-vignette in his mailbox. He does not have to print it out - it is enough that he shows the file on his phone screen during a possible inspection. This is all because once the toll has been paid, the registration numbers of the vehicle are displayed in the Czech monitoring system. When the vehicle enters the toll section, special cameras read the registration numbers and thus confirm whether the driver has paid the required toll.
E-vignette to the Czech Republic is available, for example, on the Autopay online service and the Autopay app. To make a purchase, select the type of vignette, fill in the vehicle details and confirm payment. The vignette is delivered to the specified e-mail box usually within 15 minutes.
