If you intend to drive through the Czech Republic in a vehicle with a maximum authorised mass (MAM) of over 3.5 tonnes, you must
obtain a MYTO CZ OBU device (you cannot purchase an e-vignette for the Czech Republic).
If you’re travelling by motorbike, you don’t need a vignette to enter the Czech Republic.
If you drive an electric or hydrogen-powered car, you are also exempt from purchasing an e-vignette for the Czech Republic. You are simply required to provide your registration number in advance – this will help you avoid a fine.

Important: Slovakia operates an electronic monitoring system which checks whether a vehicle has
a valid vignette. Special cameras positioned along the roads read number plates
and verify whether the toll for that vehicle has been paid. If not
– the vehicle owner will be issued with a fine. Therefore, purchasing a vignette for Slovakia is essential,
if you do not wish to incur a fine.
Using Autopay, you can buy a Slovak e-vignette for a car or van with a maximum authorised mass of up to 3.5 t (up to 8 people).
If you intend to travel through Slovakia in a combination of vehicles with a maximum authorised mass (MAM) exceeding 3.5 tonnes, you must purchase an additional vignette for the trailer.
If you’re travelling by motorbike, you don’t need a vignette for Slovakia, as these vehicles
are exempt from tolls.

The e-vignette for Slovenia was introduced on 1 December 2021. You can purchase it at any time using Autopay. This means you can have your e-vignette for Slovenia within a few minutes. You do not need to print it out; all you need to do is show the PDF file you received from us on your mobile phone screen in the event of a check.
When using Autopay, you can purchase an e-vignette for Slovenia for a passenger car where the lower edge of the windscreen is less than 1.3 m high; for a motorhome weighing up to 3.5 tonnes and for a minivan with the lower edge of the windscreen at a height of more than 1.3 m and weighing up to 3.5 tonnes.
If you’re travelling by motorbike, you’ll also need to buy a vignette for Slovenia (a 7-day vignette for Slovenia).
