It is sufficient that register your company account in Autopay Fleet, you add your vehicle details and select the duration of the contract (1 or 12 months). Then pay a deposit or add a payment card, which will be used to automatically charge your journeys.

Once logged in to the Autopay Fleet panel, you can add your drivers' details: first name, last name, phone number, email address and the registration number of the vehicle they are driving. Once a driver has been added, that driver will receive an SMS message inviting them to use the system.

Autopay Fleet - the most common questions about the service

Autopay Flota is an automatic payment service for fleets, tailored to the needs of business customers with between a few and several hundred light vehicles. It allows all company journeys to be paid automatically, summary invoices to be drawn up, documentation to be managed and monthly costs to be settled.

The Autopay Fleet service is charged according to the selected billing plan. The total cost consists of the price of the journey and the cost of the service. See available billing plans

Automatic payments are taken from a payment card, the details of which you enter after logging into your administration panel. You can add any number of payment cards and assign the selected card to a vehicle (indicate which card is to be used to collect payment for a given vehicle). At the end of the billing period, you will receive an invoice summarising the costs of the Autopay Fleet service itself.

The deposit acts as a security. Payments for journeys are not taken from it. At the end of the billing period, you will receive an invoice from us which will include both the cost of the journeys themselves and the cost of the Autopay service. The deposit must be in the positive for your fleet to benefit from Autopay automatic payments.

Yes. The Autopay Mobility system is fully prepared to handle structured invoices. Business customers using the Mobility Firm and Mobility Firm Premium plans will receive invoices that are automatically uploaded to the National e-Invoice System, significantly simplifying the VAT deduction process for fleet journeys.

A structured invoice is a document issued in XML format, in line with the standard imposed by KSeF. In fleet accounting, this means that all the data on your drivers' journeys (motorways, car parks) are consolidated into a single digital file that is readable by accounting systems. As a result, you do not have to manually post each journey individually.
